
In the construction of industrial plants, people often choose steel structures. Due to the fast construction speed of steel structure workshop, the steel structure is very strong and durable. The most important thing is that the steel structure building space is flexible, which is very suitable for industrial workshop and production workshop. However, problems will inevitably occur in the use of steel structures, such as cracking and corrosion of steel structure joints, loosening of bolted joints and so on. These problems seem small, but they do pose a great threat to the overall safety of steel structure plants. Therefore, the safety inspection of steel structure shall be carried out before formal production and after the occurrence of problems.
I. Steel structure inspection and appraisal contents.
The detection and appraisal of steel structures mainly include steel structures with special requirements such as material, component, connection and node defects, structural system, damage detection and safety, applicability, durability and seismic performance appraisal, such as steel structures after fire, fatigue detection and appraisal of steel structures, dynamic detection and appraisal of steel structures, etc.
II. Basic work contents of on-site inspection.
1. Collect engineering geological survey reports, design drawings, calculations, design changes, settlement observation records, construction records, material warranty, material inspection documents, as built drawings, completion acceptance documents and other relevant data;
2. Understand the construction, use, damage and repair history of buildings, such as the construction, transformation, maintenance, use change, use conditions and use environment change of buildings, and whether disasters occur;
3. Basic site investigation and data verification. When there are construction drawings, on-site verification shall be carried out; If there is no construction drawing, the mapping drawing shall be drawn according to the actual situation of the structure;
4. Basic investigation. Investigation on service environment of steel structure. Material performance test. Node connection status test. Structural damage test. Structural deformation test. If necessary, structural dynamic test and field load test of structures or components can also be carried out.
